Open Drop-In classes are offered on a “pay what you can” (PWYC) scale. Wednesday classes start at $0, while Saturday classes have a base price of $5. Though community classes are valued at $5, the average community supporter fee is $10. The proceeds directly help support weekly classes. I invite you to pay what you can so that those who cannot pay as much, still have access to cost-friendly classes.
First of all, I’m so excited to have you in class. I recommend that you bring a yoga mat and bottle of water to class. If you have sensitive knees, you might also want to keep a towel or a cushion near by for your knees. Other tools I’d recommend to enhance your class experience are two foam blocks, a yoga strap, and a blanket (for savasana).
Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable! Whether you have yoga attire, t-shirt and basketball shorts, or other athletic wear, the most important thing is to feel comfortable and wear clothes that you can stretch in.
When you register class, you will have the option to notify me of any movement limitations or injuries. This will allow me to accommodate components of class to make sure you have a meaningful and safe class experience.
Absolutely! Classes are welcome to people of all ages, body sizes, abilities, levels, genders, and backgrounds!
